> A 20-minute 1-2-1 appointment with a Fitting Expert.
> We will get to know you and discuss your current sports bra needs.
> We will recommend suitable options from our range for your size, shape and chosen activities.

How it works!
Once you have booked your fitting appointment you will receive an email confirming the date and time, as well as letting you know of any information we will require before your appointment.

Fitting Appointment FAQ's
Do I need to prepare anything for the virtual fitting?
So we can give you the best experience in your fitting, we kindly ask that you provide us with your rib and bust measurements and let us know what activity you will be using the sports bra for. This way we can get recommendations ready for you in advance!
Do I need to bring anything to the virtual fitting appointment?
We kindly ask that you bring a fabric tape measure to your fitting appointment, just in case!
Is a virtual fitting a video call?
Yes, this personalised fitting is fully virtual and will take place over Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
Can I join from mobile or laptop?
You can join from any laptop, tablet or mobile. If you do choose to join the fitting from a mobile or tablet, please download Zoom or the Microsoft Teams app prior to your session.
What do I wear to my fitting?
We would like to assure you that we do not require you to be nude at any point throughout your virtual fitting. We would kindly ask if you can appear in your best fitting bra you currently have, so that we can see how this is fitting you. This will enable us to give you the best advice, the correct size for you and any improvements we may have on the fit of your bra.
Can my fit expert help me to place my order?
Yes, your fitting expert will help you pick out the best sports bras for your shape, size and activity. They can then place the order for you whilst you are on the call, or you can go online after the fitting and order via our website.
What if I can no longer make my fitting?
We understand that life is busy and sometimes things come up! If you can no longer make your fitting please email customercare@shockabsorber.co.uk to let us know.
What if I'm running late for my fitting?

Will my virtual fitting be private?
Your virtual fitting will be completely confidential with one member of our team in a private room. All information you supply us with will be kept strictly confidential.
How easy is it to return my order if it's not quite right?
